To proceed with a return of your purchase, you will need to contact us to file a request, completing not later than 30 days after the purchase date. 

Once we receive your message, we will open your case, study and get back as fast as we can. In the meanwhile, you will receive further instructions if we need you to provide additional information or will send you instructions on how to return the item by post.

The expenses to send it back, will be on your behalf. Once we receive the item and confirm the condition, we will proceed to complete the refund request.

Please bear in mind that we will not be able to process any refunds requested after 30 days after your purchase or if the item you wish to return is damaged, soiled or without its original tag or packaging.

If you purchase a product, through one of our Affiliate partners, the refund should be prompted directly to that company by you. Details on each product are displayed on the website you will have been redirected and follow their shipping and return policies. All the requests regarding selected items should be addressed to that same company.
